Form 990 is filed with the Internal Revenue Service. In addition, as of June, 1999, there are new laws in effect on public disclosure of the 990. A summary follows, and you can also read the regulations directly at www.access.gpo.gov. In the "Search Terms" section, type "Form 990" and "Public Disclosure" with quotation marks around each phrase.
