Kansas Fundraising Registration Requirements
Kansas law requires that charitable organizations and institutions that solicit contributions in or from this state register with the Kansas Secretary of State. The Kansas law governing charity registration is found in K.S.A. Ch. 17-1760.
To register in Kansas:
Complete the Charitable Organization Registration Statement and mail to:

Kansas offers Educational, Hospital and Religious Exemptions.
