New Jersey Fundraising Registration Requirements
New Jersey law requires that charitable organizations and institutions that solicit contributions in or from this state register with the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs. The >New Jersey law governing charity registration is found in NJSA 45:17A-18.
To register in New Jersey:
Complete either Long Form Initial Registration Statement CRI-150-I or Short Form Initial Registration Statement CRI-200, depending on your level contributions and mail the appropriate form to:
