Ohio Fundraising Registration Requirements
Ohio law requires that charitable organizations and institutions that solicit contributions in or from this state register with the Attorney General’s Office. The Ohio law governing charity registration is found in Ohio Revised Code Ch. 1716; 109:1-1, 109.23.
