Colorado Fundraising Registration Requirements

Colorado law requires that charitable organizations and institutions that solicit contributions in or from this state register with the Colorado Secretary of State. The Colorado law governing charity registration is found in Co. Charitable Solicitations Act, Title 6, Article 16, C.R.S.; Colorado Revised Statutes 6-16-110.5(3).
