New Mexico Fundraising Registration Requirements
New Mexico law requires that charitable organizations and institutions that solicit contributions in or from this state register with the Attorney General’s Office. The Alabama law governing charity registration is found in NMSA Article 22, Sec 57-22; NMAC Article 12.3.3.
