Tennessee Charitable Filing Fee Reduction Extension
The Tennessee Secretary of State has extended the reduced fees period for nonprofit charitable gaming and the solicitation of charitable funds. Starting June 30, 2024, the initial registration fee will increase from $10 to $50.
Starting from the same date, the renewal fee will no longer be fixed at $10 but will vary based on gross revenue. The new fee structure is outlined below:

| $0 - $50,000.00 | $80 |
| $50,000.01 - $99,999.99 | $120 |
| $100,000.00 - $249,999.99 | $160 |
| $250,000.00 - $499,999.99 | $200 |
| $500,000+ | $240 |
Furthermore, the late fee, starting June 30, 2024, will increase from $10 per month to $25 per month.
