California Temporarily Waives Filing Fees for Nonprofits, Corporations, LLCs, and Others
The California Secretary of State has announced a temporary waiver of filing fees for many new corporations, LLCs, nonprofits, and other organizations. The recent enactment of California's Budget Bill authorizes document fee waivers through the 2022 -2023 fiscal year, from July 1, 2022, until June 30, 2023. The stated purpose of the waiver is "to encourage business growth in California."
