Minnesota Fundraising Registration Requirements
Minnesota law requires that charitable organizations and institutions that solicit contributions in or from this state register with the Office of the Attorney General. The Minnesota law governing charity registration is found in Minn. Statutes Ch. 309 and 317A.
To register in Minnesota:

Minnesota offers Educational and Religious Exemptions.
