Missouri law requires that charitable organizations, professional fundraisers, and solicitors that solicit contributions in Missouri register by filing an initial charitable organization registration statement or an initial fundraiser registration statement. with the Attorney General’s Office prior to fundraising in Missouri. Note that all registration statements, renewal applications, and annual reports must e signed by hand and notarized.
