- Corporate registration status monitoring: See registration statuses with secretary of state offices nationwide and protect good standing via the Corporate Registrations module
- Flexible in-app payment options and billing history: View paid and unpaid invoices by date range, and issue payment by credit card, direct bank transfer (ACH), or check
- Service recommendations and in-app announcements: Reduce potential risk from regulatory lapses and gaps by reviewing state-specific recommended services for common regulatory requirements as well as requirements changes announcements
- Dynamic Disclosures®: Keep fundraising disclosure language up to date automatically in all states where your organization is registered to raise funds
- In-app registered agent document deliveries: Securely access documents received via our registered agent offices directly in the client portal

Project Status
Filing projects can be complex. The new Project Status screen makes keeping things organized easy: You can see the current status of your filing projects broken down by jurisdiction. When we need additional information, signatures, or payment to advance the filing process, Project Status sends automatic email notifications to users, either weekly or monthly, according to your preference.
Online Information Collection
Web-based information collection eliminates manual review of PDF forms: While states will still require all the necessary information for charitable registration, the process of providing that information doesn't have to involve waiting for a PDF, downloading it, uploading it, and sending it back. The online information form incorporated into the Project Status screen eliminates that need. This form stores the information entered from year to year, so users only have to update what's changed. Consequently, users can always keep their information up-to-date and always see what is on file.
In-App Comments
Communicating about filing requirements by email can be confusing. In-App Comments make things clearer: The In-App Comments feature enables users to communicate directly with the team responsible for managing their registrations without leaving the Client Portal. The comments are kept in the context of the filings they reference. This results in more efficient and clear communication. Users can also send documents back and forth in the context of the filings they’re used in.
Charitable Registration Map
Seeing where an organization is and isn’t registered keeps fundraising organized. The Charitable Registration Map delivers just that: Understanding exactly where an organization holds a registration, where it might need to register in the future, and where it is exempt is vital for advance planning. The Charitable Registration Map delivers that information at a glance.
Improved Charitable Registration List
Understand the requirements your organization faces in the states where it's registered with the improvise Charitable Registration List: Many organizations wonder about the requirements they face in the states where they're registered and what will happen if those requirements change. The new Charitable Registration List clarifies requirements and is kept up to date by our proprietary reference database. The List has been upgraded to include records for every state, not just the ones where you hold registrations. By clicking the ‘Details’ link on any registration, you can instantly see what registration requirements exist.
