Arizona No Longer Requiring Charity State Registration
Arizona has done away with their charity state registration requirement for charities. Beginning this month, nonprofit organizations no longer need to register to solicit contributions in the state. Meanwhile Louisiana and Nevada are modifying their requirements so that an increasing number of charities will need to register there.
